Thus in order to reap the best benefits, the organization is investing a large number of financial and non-financial resources. Recruitment and selection processes are important aspects of any organization and crucial for business continuity and performance.

The blog prepared by me summarizes all facts and facets about the use of technology in recruitment and selection. Online recruitment could be segregated into Talent Management Systems, Advertising on the company’s website, job boards, and social media networks. Above has made online recruitment the most efficient recruitment method in the globe. The significant demerit of online recruitment is the privacy concerns. However, organization and candidates both prefer online recruitment due to its significant benefits and ease of the process.

The human mindset and behaviors are constantly changing and this has paved way for using of technology in recruitment and selection processes. The technology usage has offered time savings, economic nature of all costs, effectiveness, and efficiency for all the businesses and consumers. The recruitment process is open to the external world in terms of volume handling and cost concerns nature use of technology is of utmost importance and business organizations are fastly moving towards using of technology in the recruitment and selection process.

Video-based interviews, internet-based recruitment and assessment, and artificial intelligence and some of the techniques used as technological innovations in this blog. In addition internal and external factors that present technological trends are also discussed.

The analyses of all the information by me have proved that adapting to technological advancement and innovations are the future of the recruitment and selection process in the financial services industry. It further proves that not only the financial services industry all the other industries especially where the labor-intensive nature is high will benefit from absorbing technology and its innovations into to the recruitment and selection process.
